Background:
CJ Cantrell grew up in the small, west-coast town of Sedro-Woolley, WA.
Battling with illness throughout her childhood from migraines to
childhood arthritis, and even light levels of autism, CJ found herself
reaching for the comfort of books and knowledge. She was raised to
question and research for herself, rather than believe everything
society taught her to believe, and looks back with great appreciation
to the challenges that brought to where she is today.
Realizing
in her early 20's that her physical ailments were only accelerating, CJ
found herbology to assist with everything from arthritis, to a thyroid
disorder and even cancer. In her early 30's, she found the benefits of
nutrition, leading her to even healthier lifestyle choices. For reasons
still unknown to her, this passion of natural healing brought her full
circle back to studies of spirituality through hypnosis and meditation.
This passion began as far back as she can remember, and is just as
strong today as the day it began.
CJ is the proud mother of a
15 year old son, both teacher and a student in this life, and shares
insights and experiences far beyond her years. Education & Qualifications:
